The Burlington Fire Protection District is selling a 1998 Freightliner FL80/Pierce 1250/1000 Engine. The vehicle is being sold as is and is available until sold. Prior to the sale of the vehicle, any decals showing affiliation with the Burlington Fire Protection District shall be removed. The Burlington Fire Protection District is not responsible for the cost of any non-emergency services agency in removing the emergency lights from the unit. The buyer is solely responsible for the pickup or delivery of the unit. The District reserves the following rights: to reject any and all bids; to waive any informalities; to negotiate for modification of any bid; and to accept that bid which is deemed most desirable.
