BFPD also maintains a regular schedule of inspections of occupancies in the district. This aids with fire code compliance, incident pre-planning, crew familiarization, and hazard identification. Along with this if your occupancy is interested we utilize KNOXBOX which allows easier access for the fire department into occupancies when needed. We also provide occupancy loads as requested.
Hydrant Testing:
From 6/1/2026 to 8/10/2026 you may also see your firefighters out doing hydrants maintenance and testing between the hours 07:00 - 16:00. This is an annual effort to make sure an adequate water supply is ready when needed. Please call the station if you have any questions.
Smoke Detectors:
If needed we can install provided smoke detectors or check them if you are having issues.
